Before this, Mr. Ezrin spent several years at ResMed, where he led total rewards, global mobility, and people analytics. There, he supported the company’s evolution into a global wellness innovator, implementing customer- and employee-centric rewards strategies tied to measurable outcomes and shareholder value. He emphasized equity, workforce engagement, and the integration of analytics into decision-making processes.

Between 2015 and 2020, he was head of global total rewards at PayPal. His contributions included developing compensation strategies, advancing pay equity initiatives, and introducing innovative frameworks such as the Net Disposable Income model to support fair and livable wages across diverse global workforces.
