He emphasized equity, workforce engagement, and the integration of analytics into decision-making processes.
Between 2015 and 2020, he was head of global total rewards at PayPal. His contributions included developing compensation strategies, advancing pay equity initiatives, and introducing innovative frameworks such as the Net Disposable Income model to support fair and livable wages across diverse global workforces.
